RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns
Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any opened or used cannabis products. However, if you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.

Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds are not guaranteed on:
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Products that have been opened or used
- Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or incorrect)
In-Store Purchases
For purchases made in our Johnson City location, please return to the store with your receipt within 7 days for an exchange or store credit. Refunds are not issued in-store.

We currently ship within the state of Tennessee, in accordance with state and federal laws. We do not ship cannabis products outside of Tennessee at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is received, and another with tracking information once it ships.
